The anti-camera bet
Every camera-glasses conversation eventually hits the same wall: the people around you. Even Realities went the other way — no camera at all, which means the G2 is welcome in rooms where Meta glasses get side-eye.
What you get instead is a monochrome green text display floating at reading distance, visible only to you. Terminal-green, minimal, and honestly kind of beautiful. Notes, translations, turn-by-turn, and a teleprompter.
Who this is actually for
People who present, sell, or run meetings. Glancing at speaker notes while keeping eye contact is the killer feature — it's the confidence of knowing your next point without looking down at anything.
If you want capture, media, and a voice assistant in frames, that's the Ray-Ban Meta lane. The G2 is the focus lane. Different tools.
